At Villa Russo 1898, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of each item we offer. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns under the following conditions:
• Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase or delivery.
• All returns must be made in-store; we do not offer pick-up or courier return services.
• Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
• A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required.
• Please note, gift cards and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
Once your item is received and inspected in-store, you will be notified of the return status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days.
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
• Returned outside of the 10-day window
• Not in original condition or missing components (excluding packaging issues caused by us)
Exchanges are approved only in rare cases (e.g., if an item is deemed defective).
• If an identical replacement is available, it will be provided at no cost.
• Should you wish to exchange for a different item, you may do so by paying the difference in price.
Items marked as gifts and shipped directly to the recipient may be returned in-store for store credit only. A gift certificate will be issued once the item is received and approved.
